By accessing or using Cutover (the "Service"), operated by CutoverApp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cutover provides website migration comparison tools that scan and compare URLs across different domains to identify missing pages, redirects, errors, and performance differences. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
- Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt target websites through excessive scanning
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right and authorization to scan any domain, URL, or website you submit to the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and third-party agreements.
5. Payment and Credits
Some features require purchasing credits. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CutoverApp and branded as Cutover, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall Cutover's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Cutover in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Cutover does not guarantee search engine rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Scan results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for migration decisions.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
